Why join our Privilege Plan?
You will have access to exclusive benefits within the practice and most importantly, reduced fees for routine care, general as well as specialist dental treatment. There is clear evidence within our practice that patients on a plan similar to Privilege Plan, attend for routine examinations more regularly and as a result require less treatment overall. This means that we can help you to maintain your oral and dental health more effectively.
When you join Privilege Plan you will receive the following benefits as standard:

- X-rays as part of your routine examinations (normally every 2-years)

How much does it cost?
There is a one-off (administration) joining fee of £10 that will be added to your first monthly direct debit. After that there are no extra payments, just your agreed monthly amount to cover all your benefits. Simply choose from the illustrated plans overleaf or alternatively ask us which plan would be best for you.
How do I join?
Our office managers and reception team have been trained to assist you in choosing the best plan for you and your family. Contact Jacqui or Charlotte by telephone or drop by for a cup of coffee or tea and complete the application and Direct Debit mandate form. If you would prefer to speak to your dentist or specialist, please mention this to any of our staff.
Is my personal information safe when I join Privilege Plan?
You can be sure both the practice team and the administrators of Privilege Plan take your privacy and the security of your personal information very seriously. Your personal details will be passed to the company underwriting your dentist’s accident and emergency insurance cover in case your dentist needs to make a claim for treatment covered under his/her policy cover, however you will not receive unsolicited marketing literature for any associated financial products or services.
Please note our plan administrators are Privilege Plan Ltd and their name will appear on your bank statement as the collector of your direct debit.
*Worldwide Accident and Emergency Insurance
As a member of Privilege Plan you will be registered with your dentist’s accident and emergency insurance which covers:
- Treatment following accidents*
- Emergency Treatment at another practice (whilst more than 50 miles away - i.e. on holiday)*
- Oral cancer cover (if diagnosed - lump sum of £2,500)*
- These are subject to your practice being able to recover the cost of such treatment under the terms of the insurance policy it has taken for this purpose. A full copy wording of this policy is available and will be sent to you with your Joining Pack. The insurance is arranged through Lloyd & Whyte Ltd. who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
Plan 1 - £23.50 per month by Direct Debit
- 2 dental examinations (per year)
- 2 oral hygiene appointments (30minutes each) (per year)
- digital x-rays as part of your routine examinations (when clinically indicated)
- meaningful reductions in fees for dental treatment (examples above)
- 10% discount off oral hygiene products

Plan 2 - £28.50 per month by Direct Debit
- 2 dental examinations (per year)
- 3 oral hygiene appointments (30minutes each) (per year)
- digital x-rays as part of your routine examinations (when clinically indicated)

- 10% discount off oral hygiene products
- Worldwide accident and emergency insurance*.
Plan 3 - £32.50 per month by Direct Debit
- 2 dental examinations (per year)
- 4 oral hygiene appointments (30minutes each) (per year)
- digital x-rays as part of your routine examinations (when clinically indicated)
- meaningful reductions in fees for dental treatment (examples above)

Children’s Plan (under 16) - £17.99 per month by Direct Debit
- 2 dental examinations
- 2 oral hygiene appointments (20 minutes each) (per year)
- digital x-rays as part of your routine examinations (when clinically indicated)
- oral hygiene instruction and dietary advice
- meaningful reductions in fees for dental treatment (examples above)
- reduced fee of £40 for one sports mouth guard per year
- 10% discount off oral hygiene products
